PA-CPhysician Assistant
JD Shull is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 2014, after earning his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona. Originally from Casa Grande, Arizona, JD brings a small-town sense of connection and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
JD has a strong clinical interest in the diagnosis and management of hearing loss and plays an active role in surgical care. He regularly assists in the operating room, with a particular focus on airway, voice, and head and neck cancer procedures. His commitment to comprehensive, team-based care ensures his patients receive the highest level of support through every stage of treatment.
Outside of medicine, JD enjoys an active lifestyle and quality time with his wife, two children, and their dog. He loves being on the water wakesurfing, playing volleyball, and relaxing with a good game. JD is also deeply involved in his faith and is passionate about advancing the PA profession—presenting at conferences and mentoring future PAs as a preceptor.
