Dr. Michael Ye, M.D., is a Rhinologist and Otolaryngologist-Head & Neck Surgeon. In addition to comprehensive otolaryngology, Dr. Ye has special interests in disorders of the sinuses and skull base. His practice includes the treatment of refractory and recurrent sinusitis, nasal airway disorders, sinonasal tumors, and minimally invasive endoscopic skull base surgery. He offers full-spectrum care in these areas ranging from outpatient medical management to surgical and in-office procedures. He is excited to bring this diverse expertise and approach to personalized medicine to care for his patients in Arizona.
Dr. Ye pursued his medical education and residency training at the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he was the recipient of the Richard T. Miyamoto, MD Resident Leadership Award and multiple academic achievement awards. He then completed a fellowship in Advanced Rhinology & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at Weill Cornell/Columbia/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has published dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals and is an active member of the American Rhinologic Society.
Dr. Ye’s clinical interests include the medical and surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis, rhinitis, olfactory (smell) disorders, revision sinus surgery, nasal polyps, nasal obstruction, nasal septal deviation, nasal valve collapse, complex frontal sinus surgery, sinus and nasal tumors, skull base tumors, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks, encephaloceles, endoscopic skull base surgery for brain tumors and comprehensive otolaryngology.
In his free time, Dr. Ye enjoys dancing, cooking, playing music, snowboarding and spending time with his family.
