Chetan Gujrathi

Dr. Chetan Gujrathi, M.D., specializes in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery and skull base surgery. After earning his Doctor of Medicine from University of Toronto, he completed his residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the University of Toronto and fellowships in skull base surgery and head and neck surgery at the University of California, Davis. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Gujrathi is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of the North American Skull Base Society. He serves as the Chief of Oncology & Robotics at the Head & Neck Institute of Banner University Medical Center (Phoenix). He is a member of both the Skull Base Team at Barrow’s Neurological Institute and the CranioFacial Team at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and has had numerous clinical publications.
Dr. Gujrathi is an active member of the medical community and on staff for several area hospitals including Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Banner University Medical Center (Phoenix), Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Banner Desert Medical Center, Surgery Center of Peoria, Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Banner Thunderbird Medical.
A resident of Scottsdale, Dr. Gujrathi is an NHL fan and occasional player, and enjoys skiing, mountain biking and skating with his children.
