Rachel Lowrance

Dr. Rachel Lowrance, AuD, CCC-A, ABAC, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language-Hearing Science with a concentration in Audiology and a minor in Music, and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Lowrance is passionate about hearing conservation and the effects of music exposure on the hearing health of musicians. Her doctoral research focused on the long-term impact of music exposure on the hearing health of vocal performers and the prevention of music-induced hearing disorders.
Dr. Lowrance has completed extensive clinical training in hearing conservation, the assessment and management of tinnitus, vestibular assessment, and the selection, fitting, verification, and troubleshooting of hearing aids. She is dedicated to working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique hearing and communication needs by providing comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered hearing healthcare.
Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, reading, crafting, and spending time with her pets, family, and friends.
